On 3/16/20, the city of Houston and Harris County ordered bars closed and restaurants to close dine-in facilities for at least 2 weeks. Restaurants are able to provide to-go service, including, drive-thru, pick-up and delivery. This page will shift to offering a central place to find information about how barbecue restaurants are now providing service.

COVID19 UPDATE: We are continuing to closely monitor local, state and federal government suggestions and instructions and we will abide by what the law says. We feel that common sense is the best medicine, regardless of the threat. Tomorrow, Wednesday March 18 will begin something new for us, all of us. As it pertains to Rusty Buckle BBQ, one thing will remain, delicious BBQ! We will open for carry out at 11am, just like always; anticipating larger orders and an increase in demand, we have prepared more food than normal, loading for what we consider a heavy Saturday, We will stay open until we are out of food. I will post a link on our social media pages tomorrow that will take you to our online portal to place and pay for pick up orders beginning on Thursday. Please be patient with us and with each other, we are aware that parking is less than wonderful. The county removed the culvert that allowed access to the lot just to the east of us but we try to keep the area under the trees clear so that you may continue to park in the lot and exit closer to the new construction on the corner.
Starting Thursday, we ask that if you are dining in with us that you leave the two marked spots closest to the door for our staff to deliver pick up orders safely and quickly.

Though we will still accept cash at this time the preferred method of payment will be credit cards so we can limit hand-to-hand transactions.
Find comfort in the fact we have stepped up our detailed cleaning and sanitation to every half hour versus daily throughout the restaurant to minimize the risk of any possible spread of germs.

As concerns surrounding the coronavirus increase, Burns Original BBQ is suspending all in-dining orders. With this comes the difficult decision to postpone having customers dine-in. We are taking this action out of an abundance of caution to protect the health and wellness of our guests and staff.
We will continue to allow to-go orders, Doordash, Uber Eats, Postmates, and drive-in options. If you choose to come on-site, please prepare to order your items of choice from inside your car as we will have "car hops" come directly to you to take your order and payment. We ask that in lieu of the advisement from the City of Houston to avoid areas of 10 or more people, you abide by our options to only place to-go orders. Our menu options will remain the same, in which we will try to expedite your orders in a timely manner.
Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) is an emerging, rapidly evolving situation. The health and safety of our staff and guests is our number one priority and Burns Original BBQ is following the guidance and expertise of national and local health officials to do what we can to protect those we serve.

At Dozier’s, we have been monitoring the developments surrounding COVID-19 and we want to do our part in keeping our customers, community, and employees healthy and safe.
In light of the current situation, we’ve decided to take precautionary measures. Starting tomorrow we’ll be temporarily suspending our dine-in service. Instead, we’ll be offering curbside pickup for orders placed online as well as continuing our delivery service. Additionally, our grocery and meat market will remain open, but we’ll be adjusting our hours starting Friday to 11AM to 7PM to allow for appropriate restocking and in consideration for our employees. We also ask that our customers please be mindful of social distancing while shopping in store.

TEXAS BARBECUE STRONG
I've done two things for a living in my adult life. 1. Serve our country in the United States Air Force. 2. Cook Barbecue. The next 15 days will be the most stressful of the restaurant industries life. No restaurant is fully prepared to go from a sit down establishment to strictly 100% togo. We all understand that this has to be done but it doesn't make it easy without any warning or preparation. During this time we ask for your continued support. Here at Roegels Barbecue we pride ourselves on not only putting out great barbecue but also providing you a clean and safe environment to enjoy your meal. Being forced to close our dining room and only being able to serve togo orders is heartbreaking for me and my team. Two years ago on this exact day we opened our doors to the public for the very first time. Two years ago we started building a team we consider family (some actually are!) and a brand we are proud of. PICK-UP & DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS
How to order for pick-up at our Greenway Plaza location
For pick-up simply fill out the order form, indicate a pick-up date and time (a minimum of 15 minutes is required to assemble the order), and check-out online.
How to order delivery
We want to help our customers be as safe and healthy as possible through the coronavirus concerns, so we are launching a delivery service. On our online ordering page, you’ll find a “DELIVERY” item that you can purchase, with space for your address and contact information. But first, please read through the following before ordering:
Delivery Minimums and Fees
To qualify for delivery, orders must be a minimum $25 before tax, and are subject to a $7.50 delivery fee. All payment must be completed on the website. To limit any unnecessary person-to-person contact the driver will call or text you to notify you your order has arrived. The order will be left at the door or front desk. Any order placed that does not meet the delivery minimum will get a call back to ask about adding to the order, or if you’d prefer to pick up your order in store.
Our delivery window is 11am-6pm Monday-Friday. Please allow 45-60 minutes for delivery outside the Greenway Plaza complex. Delivery times are estimations and are subject to change based on order volume and road conditions.
In-house (meaning Feges BBQ employees!!) delivery available within a 3 mile radius of our location. If you order from outside our radius, we will contact our delivery partners at Favor Fleet to make the delivery at no additional cost to you.
Driver and Customer Safety
Our priority at this time is the safety of our customers and our employees/drivers. Each driver will travel with a full box of gloves he/she will be changing before handling each delivery. The drivers will also have hand sanitizer and exercise extra precaution. Orders will be bagged and sealed before leaving the restaurant and drivers have been instructed to simply place the order at the doorstep or front desk, contact the customer, and TO NOT HAVE ANY PERSON-TO-PERSON CONTACT.

Please provide us with your full address and phone number, along with any special instructions for delivery. Please note that drivers will be using navigation apps, so if you are aware that locations may be different in real life than they are on Google Maps, please let us know.
When placing an order for delivery, add the delivery item to your cart in addition to your order. This will inform our staff that your order is for delivery, not pickup (the checkout page will still say "pickup"). Orders that are placed without the delivery charge included will be considered pickup orders.

Updates for Tin Roof BBQ due to coronavirus (COVID-19) effective Tuesday, March 17th. These will be effective until further advised.
*Hours of Operation: Tuesday-Saturday 11am to 8pm. We will now be closed on Sundays. Apologize for any inconvenience but this virus has disrupted our sales and it is essential to our business to lessen the hours. We remain closed on Mondays.
*Now offering Curbside orders. Orders to be phoned in at 281.852.5577 and must be pre-paid.
*Tin Roof will deliver for local orders over $50 with delivery fee. Note we have 2 delivery vans, so on a first come first serve basis.
*We have canceled Friday and Saturday night bands to assist with deterring group gatherings.
*No changes to the BBQ & side menu, but quantities will be made to sell out. Dessert menu will be amended to peach cobbler and cakes only. Will not offer Friday & Saturday beef rib or baby back special. We still have a catfish option for Lent.
*Sanitation (some remain the same while others more thorough). Every table will be sanitized after every use (table, seats, s/p shaker, etc.). All areas touched by the public will be sanitized every hour (door handles, railing, playground, etc). All employees to wear gloves at all times.
*We will no longer have our condiment / sauce station available. Pickles/Onions/Sauce will be given with order.
*We will only have throw away cups for single use and all plastic ware will be individually wrapped.
*Tin Roof will have tables "closed" (indicated with signage) to assist with social distancing.
*March monthly Inclusion Night (serve those with special needs) will be canceled. Also, every Tuesday & Wednesday we partner in an Internship Program with Including Kids Autism Center & The Village Learning Center to assist the special needs community on learning job training skills. This program has also been put on hold.
Tin Roof BBQ is open for business if that is dine-in, take out, delivery or trying out new Curbside program. We love the community and hope you continue to support us through these tough times. We have taken a few extra steps to make sure the restaurants are even more sanitary where people touch surfaces. We are wiping all door handles multiple times per hour, no more condiment stations, pickles and onions coming from the kitchen on all plates. Forks and knives also with every plate from the kitchen. Tables and chairs wiped with quat sanitizer as well as all countertop areas multiple times per hour. Cashier's handling money only with gloves on. We are as always prepared for dine in, carry out and delivery of large orders. We also are part of DoorDash for individual orders at all locations.

Daddy Duncan’s BBQ, Katy, TX will resume food truck pop-ups and private catering events. Although, we’ve had some events cancel for the month of March we’ve had others reach out to try and fill those days. We will also continue to supply our 9 collaboration restaurants in Katy until further notice. With Mrs. Duncan being a nurse for 18 years cleanliness has always been a top priority while preparing food at our commercial kitchen and on our food truck. Every surface has been and will continue to be sanitized. We will stop putting out self-serve hot sauces, and continue to use the small plastic single-serve containers for sauces and sliced bread in ziplock bags. All employees will be wearing gloves and changing them periodically during service. All employees are ServeSafe certified and professional food service members. We’re also offering free-delivery to our customers that prefer not to wait in lines or dine-in around big crowds. We feel it’s our duty with some meat shortages and our access to them, to keep supplying our customers at the same prices we’ve offered for 3 years now. *We now have a drive thru, to go will continue running and we are delivering in a 10 mile radius with a $50 minimum.
We wanted to provide and update everyone as to the actions we have proactively taken in response to the COVID-19 in our restaurant.
First and foremost, we are proud to say that we have an outstanding record with the Heath Department and take pride in keeping our establishment operating at the highest level of cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety.
Our management team has been communicating and monitoring our cleaning protocols to ensure we are following them religiously in conjunction with the Center for Disease Control (CDC) to create a safe environment for our employees and guests.
In addition to our normal cleaning schedule, our teams will be focused on the following:
Continuous cleaning and sanitizing of our common areas, contact surfaces which include all tables, chairs and high chairs that our guests use. We have decided to completely remove the sauce bottles from tables, and also remove the toy box just to avoid spread of germs
We also encourage everyone to follow some simple tips from the CDC:
• Wash hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds
• If soap and water are not available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer
• Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth
• Cover coughs and sneezes with a tissue, then immediately throw it away
• Avoid contact with people who are sick
